7. I understand that this waiver applies perpetually and remains valid even if I discontinue or change my engagement with MitriPress or its material.
8. I acknowledge that MitriPress is not liable for unauthorized access to any systems or files due to factors outside their control.
9. I agree that this release is valid in the State of Florida and in every state and country where this book, website, or service is used, sold, or distributed.
10. I confirm that I am at least 18 years old, or have the legal authority of a guardian if underage.
